For years, I believed that more practice would solve my chronic back pain. As a yoga teacher, I was doing everything 'right'—and quietly managing a body that wasn't cooperating.

Eventually, the pain became debilitating.

What changed everything wasn't more stretching. It was understanding how the brain organizes movement. I learned to work with my nervous system, not against it—and my body responded in ways effort never produced.

I've spent fifteen years refining this approach as a brain-based movement specialist. The pattern is consistent: lasting change comes from better information, not harder work.

I created Moovy Studio to make this accessible—distilling what I've learned into focused, 20-minute sessions that restore ease, stability, and confidence in your body.
