I know what it's like when old patterns feel stuck on repeat—tension from years of stress, movements that no longer serve you, and that nagging worry about what's coming next.
Here's the thing: I was a yoga teacher suffering from 10 years of back pain. Talk about irony. I was teaching movement for a living while secretly struggling with my own body. I tried everything: physical therapy, massage, more yoga, strength training. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing really stuck. I was frustrated, exhausted, and starting to wonder if this was just my "new normal."
That's when I discovered the NeuroMovement® Method—and everything changed.
Over the last 15 years, I've been helping smart women (and a few smart men) like you discover what you're truly capable of.
