How It All Started

I thought I was doing everything “right”—yoga, walking, strength training, clean eating.

I was even a yoga teacher, someone others came to for guidance.

But the truth? I was in constant pain.

My back ached. My feet burned. My energy had vanished. I felt older than I should have—and ashamed that I couldn’t fix it.

During a yoga training in Costa Rica, exhausted and frustrated, a sharp realization hit me:

Take responsibility for yourself.

It was humbling. And it changed everything.

Soon after, I discovered the NeuroMovement® Method.

Instead of pushing harder, it helped me sense more.
Instead of fixing myself, it helped my brain learn to move with intelligence and ease.

My pain dissolved. My energy returned. I felt creative, capable, and myself again.

And I knew: if it worked for me, it could work for others.
So I became a practitioner and started a new career.
