I know what it's like when old patterns feel stuck on repeat—tension from years of stress, movements that no longer serve you, and that nagging worry about what's coming next.

Here's the thing: I was a yoga teacher suffering from 10 years of back pain. Talk about irony. I was teaching movement for a living while secretly struggling with my own body. I tried everything: physical therapy, massage, more yoga, strength training. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing really stuck. I was frustrated, exhausted, and starting to wonder if this was just my "new normal."

That's when I discovered NeuroMovement®—and everything changed.

Over the last 15 years, I've been helping women (and a few smart men) like you discover what you're truly capable of. As a NeuroMovement® Practitioner, I guide you to tap into your own learning and intelligence. You already have everything you need to create change. You just need to learn how to access it.

I created MoovyStudio because I believe learning movement is the most immediate way into your deepest inner life—the  language between your brain and body, and a way to come home to your organic self.

I know what it’s like to feel worn down and disconnected, to feel like you're holding stories of pain and stress that you can’t find your way out of. I’ve lived that too.

This work — NeuroMovement® — isn’t about stretching, straining or fixing. It’s about connecting to your nervous system through small, mindful movements that awaken your brain’s natural neuroplastic ability to learn and change. Movements that help you unlearn the tension and habits that keep you stuck, and open the door to feeling whole again-or maybe for the first time ever.
