I know what it’s like when old patterns feel stuck on repeat — years of stress, tension that won’t release, and the nagging worry that maybe this is your “new normal.”

For me, it showed up as a decade of chronic back pain — while I was teaching yoga, no less. I tried everything: PT, massage, more yoga, strength training. Some helped for a while, but nothing lasted.

Then I discovered the NeuroMovement® Method — and realized my pain wasn’t from “bad posture” or weak muscles. It was from years of bracing against stress and never learning how to truly let go — unconscious habits I even carried into my yoga practice.

That discovery not only freed me from pain, it reshaped my life’s work. Over the past 15 years, I’ve trained as a certified NeuroMovement® Practitioner and have worked with hundreds of people across the U.S. and internationally — guiding them to tap into their brain’s natural capacity for change.

There’s a wiser way to heal. 

 

I created MoovyStudio because I’ve seen—again and again—that movement is how we find our way back to ourselves. It’s the language of the brain and body—a way to listen, to learn, and to feel what’s possible again.

Movement is the language of life.

If you’re worn down or stuck in patterns of pain, stress, or disconnection, I want you to know: I feel you. And I’ve seen what’s within reach.

For over 15 years, I’ve watched people make remarkable recoveries—not by forcing their bodies, but by discovering how to harness the brain's amazing capacity to shape movement. It is its job after all.

What I teach isn’t about fixing or pushing through. It’s about waking up your brain’s natural ability to create change from within—so you can replace the habits that are breaking you down, recover your health and vitality, and feel more at ease, more alive, more free.
