I’m the founder of Moovy® Studio and a certified NeuroMovement® Practitioner. For the past 15 years, I’ve been helping people who feel worn down by pain, tension, and old injuries learn to move with more ease—without exercise, stretching, or pushing through pain.

How It All Started

 

I’m Adrienne Penebre, founder of Moovy Studio. For years, I was doing everything “right.”

Yoga. Walking. Strength training. Clean eating.
I was even a yoga teacher—someone others came to for guidance.

But the truth? I was in constant pain.

My back always ached. My feet burned from plantar fasciitis. My energy had vanished. I felt older than I should have—and ashamed that I couldn’t fix it.

No matter how many stretches, self-care routines, or advanced trainings I added to my toolkit, nothing worked for long. I kept searching, hoping something out there would finally click.

Then came the moment that changed everything.

I was deep in a month-long yoga training in Costa Rica, learning how to teach “alignment”... and yet my body felt completely misaligned.

That’s when a sharp thought hit me like lightning:

Take responsibility for yourself.

It was humbling. And it was the wake-up call I needed.

When Everything Finally Made Sense

 

Soon after, I discovered something radically different from anything I’d tried before—NeuroMovement®.

Instead of pushing harder, it invited me to sense more.

Instead of “fixing” my body, it helped my brain learn how to move differently—more intelligently, more efficiently.

Through this process, I began to heal in ways I never thought possible.
The pain dissolved. My energy returned. I began to feel creative, capable, and truly myself again.

And I realized: if this could work for me, it could work for others too.

That’s when everything changed—not just in my body, but in my purpose.

 

Why I Created This

 

After years of  study and countless hours working with clients, I saw what truly created lasting results: not more effort, but smarter input.

That’s why I created a gentle, brain-based way of working with movement—one that respects your nervous system, your story, and the life you’re actually living.
