My students are people who have tried to overcome their limitations through therapy, yoga, exercise, bodywork, meditation, acupuncture, stretching, strength training, surgery, or medication—seeking solutions for pain, issues, and challenges.
But when those approaches don’t lead to the results they’re hoping for, they either try to do more of everything, replace the part that hurts, or simply learn to organize life around managing symptoms.
